Yoga Holiday FAQ
Immigration
You will be asked to complete a landing/departure card which you will need to show at immigration with your passport once you get off the plane. Please note the following on the card if asked the following: • Reason of visit: Tourist/Holiday (*note do not mention you are attending a Yoga Holiday as they will ask too many questions so easier to say ‘tourist on holiday’).

Transfer
You will have a private airport transfer and your driver will be waiting for you at arrivals with a sign with your name on it so please look out for it. Please be sure to let us know of your confirmed flight details beforehand.
If you have any problems finding him, the airport has free wifi and you can call, message or whatsapp Melody on (+44)7990988836.
Food & Drink
Brunch and Dinner will be provided at the villa. A typical breakfast will include your choice of eggs, fruit, pancakes, tea or coffee and juice. Extras can be provided on request! Snacks of fruit juice, tea, coffee and water will be provided at the villa throughout the day.
A two course dinner will be provided by our chef at the villa each night and this will typically consist of a traditional indonesian main and side dishes of vegetables and rice and fruit. We will organise a dinner out at a local restaurant as part of the total package. You are welcome to bring any additional snacks and store food in the fridge provided there is space. There are a few small shops and restaurants nearby should you want anything extra.
There will be a mixture of vegetarian and non veggie options and Indonesian and Western cooking available (and nice coffee) to ensure all of your needs are met!Some typical dinner options include the following:
- Marinated chicken satay with peanut sauce and rice
- Spicy asian salad with vermicelli noodles, mixed greens, tomato, carrot, mint, coriander, roasted cashews and spicy asian salad dressing
- Pumpkin, tofu and cashew curry with rice
- Nasi Goreng with brown rice, tempeh, egg and sauteed veggies
- Vegetable cap cay (vegetable stir fry)
- Buddha bowl - mixture of brown rice, vegetables, avocado and hummus
Yoga
It is recommended that you bring your own mat and any other equipment that you need. Airlines usually allow you to carry your Yoga mat as additional hand luggage as well as having a carry-on bag if you cannot fit the mat into your checked-in suitcase. Should you wish, we can provide this for you for the following prices:

Saturday (Arrival day)
Arrivals and check in from 3pm The first evening you will have time to get settled in your room and rest, most of the flights get in late so for those that are arriving we will have a dinner prepared and will keep aside some food for anyone arriving late. Melody will be awake to greet you and show you to your room on arrival.
Sunday
- 8.30am - Welcome Tea: meet Nisha and fellow guests followed by our first Yoga Class
- 10.30am – 11.30am: Breakfast
- 11.30am – 5.30pm: Free time to explore your new home, relax by the pool and get into holiday mode
- 5.30pm - 6.45pm: Evening Yoga Class
- 7.30pm: Dinner
Monday - Friday
- 8.30am - 9.45am: Morning Yoga Class
- 10am – 11.30am: Breakfast
- 11.30am – 5.30pm: Free Time
- 5.30 - 6.45pm: Evening Yoga Class
- 7.30 pm: Dinner
Saturday (check-out day)
- 9am - 10.30am: Morning Yoga Class
- 10.30am: Breakfast
- 12pm: Checkout and farewells.
Feel free to relax by the pool after check-out till it’s time to take your airport transfer.
Additional Services
- Reiki: Nisha is a qualified Reiki Level 2 Therapist and is offering a one hour healing session at a reduced rate of £30 should you wish to give it a try. Reiki is a natural healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of gentle touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore both physical and emotional well-being. If you wish to then also have a full Reiki session, you can request this with Nisha or Melody.
- Massage: If you wish to treat yourself to a massage, a treatment with a professional masseuse can be booked on site at £.. Per hour with a choice of a spa style massage or a balinese style deep massage on the floor. Massages can be booked in advance or the day before at the villa with Melody.
- Spa treatments including massage, mani, pedi and facial
- Moped hire: This can be arranged with Melody at a rate of £10 per day, Mopeds are a really great way to explore Bingin as the area has many beaches, temples and rice paddies and the roads are quiet so a good place to learn and ride at your own pace. You just need a driving license! Melody can also take you out on a tour for an additional £15/day.
- Taxi’s can also be arranged along with excursions to temples, beaches and other places of interest in the vicinity
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments - all through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use! We currently do not accept cash or check. If you already have a Paypal account please make sure your delivery address is up to date.
How long will my order take to arrive?
You will be sent a confirmation email after you have placed you order. UK orders will be sent Royal mail 1st class and should arrive 3-5 business days after your order is recieved. International orders are sent by air mail and should arrive within a 10-15 business days however this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.
If you need an item in a hurry please contact us at [email protected] to arrange next day delivery. This service will incur additional postage costs.
How much is postage?
T-shirts and Vests - £2.95 U.K./ £4.95 international
The above prices represent individual orders, multiple items will result in a reduced rate per item overall, this is calculated on checkout before you pay. Currency is always in GBP.
Orders over £30 are eligable for free shipping using our promotional code 'FREEPOST' at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Paypal will calculate and show you the postage costs on your order before you pay. We want you to order from abroad, so we keep the postage costs low for international orders. * Please note we do not accept returns on international orders, please see our 'returns policy' on the Terms and Conditions page for more details.
Will you restock sold out items?
Yes we do, keep an eye out on Facebook for updates.
Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?
We can currently only accept returns from orders placed within the UK. Please return your item/s with the tags on and in their original condition inside the original packaging. If you are unhappy with the product and we can confirm that it is still in its original condition then we can offer a refund for the returned items but will not be able to refund any postage costs altready paid. If you require a different size please let us know at [email protected]. At this point we cannot offer free returns but we have taken great care and attention with the quality of our products and are confident you will be satisfied. Please allow for some shrinkage, as long as you follow the care instructions on the care label then shrinkage should be minimal. However bamboo fabric will shrink slightly more than a top made from 100% cotton. We have tried to cut the fabric to allow for this slight change.
